What’s your Mission? Your Vision? Your Purpose?

Foundational to any organization is defining its purpose for existing. This is communicated through a Mission and Vision Statement. The importance of these statements can't be stressed enough because they either resonate with clients and employees, or they don't.  What is your organization's purpose for existing? What's the aspirational vision for the future?  In this video we look at the Mission and Vision statements at The Jacobson Leadership Academy to provide a quick example.
