Be Humble

Reaching the top of the mountain requires help from others.  As a successful person, you were likely given a boost or an opportunity by someone along the way. If you reflect back on your career journey, you'll see forks in the road where if you took another path, you might have gone in a totally different direction, for better or for worse.   Strong leaders are humble leaders who recognize that they don't have all the answers and that their success was a team effort.
